Chapter Two: Leo Galte's Dream World

A: Find the code for Leo Galte's Cabin

Turn around in the "red" hall.........you will notice that there are 6 photo frames hanging on the walls here.  5 frames has a photo but 1 frame is empty. 

Zoom in on every photo and you learn that they are photo's of Champion Boxers. For each weight class there's a photo of a Champion Boxer. 

On the photos are their names and also how heavy they weigh. Go to that empty photo frame and zoom in on the name plate. 

In this empty frame the photo of Leo Galte should hang, but it isn't. You learn that Leo was a welter weight boxer, but you do not know his weight. 

Zoom out and then click in the middle of the photo frame for a vision. You see how Galte takes his own photo out of this frame.  

Gymnasium

Now go through the wine red door to enter into the big Gym Hall. Go forward to the pool and zoom in on the water and you'll get an other vision

Then turn to the right and go forwards to the Home trainers in the corner. You can zoom in on the middle bike to do some exercise.  

When you have done enough biking step off and turn around. You see a bunch of weights ..... there are some weights missing. Which weights are missing? ......The 10 lbs weights are missing here. 

Zoom in on the empty spot and ....... A vision ......

You can view this vision several times if you missed something. In the vision you see Leo Galte standing on the scale. First Leo stand a the scale without weights and then he stand on the scale with a 10 lbs weight in each hand.  Look carefully at the needle of the scale.....What do you see........When Leo Galte weighs himself without weights you'll see that the Needle of the scale goes to the border of the green with the purple plane. When Galte then weighs himself with weights, you'll see that the Needle is going to the border of the purple plane with the yellow plane.

After this Galte vision go 1 step Forward towards the scale. You will be before the door. Turn slightly to the right and then zoom in on the scale. 

You see the scale but you can't do anything with it.....just think of what you saw just yet

You know that Leo Galte was a welter weight and you read on the scale that the Welter weight is between 136 and 155 pounds. Now look at the scale and think back of what you saw the needle doing in the vision. Without weights, the needle  turned to the border of the green with the purple plane. So, without weights Leo weighed 155 pounds. With weights Leo weighs 175 pounds. Could it be that 155 is Leo's Cabin code?  Let's go check that out. 

Zoom out of the scale and go back through the door and to the elevator. You have to go back to the Cabins hall now, on deck 3, and you can do this walking, via the central staircase. But I am incredibly lazy. Why walk if there is a good working elevator. So step into the elevator, press button 3 and you go down and automatically go out of the elevator again. You are back in the Foyer. Turn back to the elevator and go through the left or the right passage, next to the elevator, and you will be next to the Central Staircase. Go to the door before the stairs, go through it and you are back in the Cabin hall.  

Go to Leo Galte's door, left of the scale model of the Herculania, and zoom in on the door.

Click the Upper Left button B to open the number display below it and just click on the 3 number circles and set it to 155. Then click on the Right button B and........

.... the door opens and you enter into Leo's Cabin. 

In Leo Galte's Cabin

Zoom in on the bed for a vision of a rather angry Leo. 

After this vision  turn to the right and go to the table. Turn slightly to the right and then zoom in on the rolled up paper and Leo's photo unfolds. 

Zoom out and then zoom in on the Jewelry Box that stand on the right side on this table. Note the Rose symbol. Zoom in on the box again and it will open. 

There are 3 small bottles lying in the box. First, zoom in on the note that is stuck on the inside of the lid. Read this note and note and write down the "POD RETRACTION CODE: 318"

NB: It could be that the code on this note is different every game, so it's possible that you get a different code

Zoom out and then click on the RED BOTTLE

Your cursor is now that red bottle. Move this back and forth and you get the zoom-out cursor again, so zoom out. Your cursor is still the Red Bottle, so you carry the little red bottle with you. Turn right, to the cabin door. Leave Leo's cabin through the door, back into the hall. Go back to the elevator in the Foyer. You should know the way by now. Go into the elevator and descend to deck 4.

The elevator delivers you into a large room, it looks like a kind of infirmary and there are 6 Capsules here. For each passenger there's a capsule. You can view them all. However, 2 capsules are broken. 

When you come out of the elevator, turn immediately to the right and hen zoom in on the device  that is standing against the wall. 

This is the POD RETRACTOR ant it has see a number display and a big lever. You have to set the number code, from the note in the bottle box, in  in the middle circles. You do this by dragging the number buttons up or down. So set here the POD RETRACTION CODE that you saw on the note of the bottle box in Leo's hut. For me this number is 318.

When you have put the right number in then pull the big lever, top right, down and.........Look carefully at the Vision that follows. A secret door opens here. 

After the vision you go to that secret door in the corner.......You must now load CD 3. 

You enter the hold of the ship and IN the Neurographicon machine. Stand still. So here are the dream pods. 3 on each side. Turn right. The first Pod of the right side is OPEN. 

Click on it to hear yourself say something about the pod. Then go forward and you are inside the POD. You see  5 symbols. Each symbol represents a passenger. 

On the bottle box, in Leo's cabin, you saw a Rose, so Rose is the symbol for Leo. Click the Red Bottle on the Rose and ........ You end up in:

B: Leo Galte's Dream world.

You stand for a cart. Zoom in on it. This is "Molly's 3 Blooms for a Penny" flower cart. Zoom in again and the cart will open. 

There are various baskets with wilted flowers. In this dream world you  have to find and collect 3 ROSES to refill these baskets with beautiful blooming flowers. To this end, you have to fulfill a number of tasks.

Find Rose 1:

Turn Clockwise and then go 1 step forward into the street, right next to the "Bow Street Police" building. Then turn left, to stand before the entrance door of the police building. Enter the police station.

Police Station:

After entering turn the right and you look into the room with the desks. 

There are 4 desks and on the wall  are 6 World maps. Zoom in on each of the 4 desks. On one of the desks is a Poster of a dog. The dog is missing. 

The name of the dog is Muffy and the beast was last seen near Sweeney's Butchery. On the back desk you'll see 6 colored name plates. 

Each name plate has a different color and each name plate also has a pin in the same color as the name plate. 

Now zoom in on each of the 6 cards on the wall. Number them from back to front as 1 to 6. When you zoom in on a map you will see a detail of the map. 

Make a note of the Capital or the region or country you see. Map 1 = New York; Map 2 = Rome; Map 3 = London; Map 4 = Hong Kong; Map 5 = Paris; Map 6 = Egypt.

You absolutely do not know what to do with all this now, so when your done here go back to the front hall. Turn to the right and go to the benches in front of the windows in front of the counter. Turn slightly to the right and then go forward, on the left side of the Counter. 

You end up at the "Morgue" door. Go through it and then go through the doorway on the right. You are now in the Cell block. 

There are 6 cells and there is a specific item in each cell. Start with the cell in the back and number the cells from back to front as 1 to 6. So cell 1 is at the back door. Zoom in on each of the cells and you'll find a specific item in all 6 cells. Make a note of witch item is in each cell. You can not take these items

Cell 1 = a Blue Glove,  Cell 2 = knitting needle with wool; Cell 3 = a Flute; Cell 4 = a blue Tea Mug; Cell 5 = Hatbox with flowers; Cell 6 = a Medallion. 

After cell 6 you go forward again, through the cell block to the back door and you go through it. You are now BEHIND the Counter. Zoom in on the Keys.

These keys are  the Keys of the 6 cells. They have a number and a name. On the diagram you see the cells, numbered as I told you to do. 

You learn now which cell belongs to which name and thus know which Item in the cell belongs to which name. Make a note of this

If you have this, turn around and go through the door and go back to the front of the police station and go outside. Back outside turn  right and go back to Molly's flower cart. Turn left, 1 step forward and turn left again. 

Zoom in on the board above the entrance of the large corner house. This is the "Pension of Mrs Pettibones". Go forward and you are inside. 

Mrs Pettibones Pension House

You stand in the hall and see a staircase that goes upstairs. Turn to the left of the stairs and then go forward, into the Library room. 

You end up at a table. There is a nice old telephone on this table that you can zoom in op. More about that this old telephone later on.

 Zoom out, turn right and go back to the front door. Turn  left so that you see the stairs again and then go up the stairs now to the second floor. Look around for a moment. You'll see 6 doors. On each side of the stairs there are 3 doors. Turn to the left side of the stairs and aim your arrow to the last of the 3 doors on this left side.....Click the arrow to be in that room

Room 1: 

Turn to Right and zoom in on the Sofa. There is a blue Glove on this sofa. 

There is also a device on the sofa. Zoom in on this device. It is a Holographic Viewer and you will see a Holographic postcard. In this viewer you see a postcard of Notre Dame in PARIS.  

Write this down....blue  Glove belongs to Paris. Zoom out and leave the room and you'll be back in the hall. Turn around and now go through the middle door on the left.

Room 2: 

Turn to the right and zoom in on the sofa in the corner. On the table you see a blue Tea Mug and in the Viewer on the sofa you see: the Harbor of HONG KONG. 

Note down: Tea mug belongs to Hong Kong. Zoom out, leave the room, turn around and now go through the First door on the left.

Room 3: 

Zoom in on the Sofa. A basket with knitting wool and in the viewer you see the Big Ben in LONDON. 

Note down: Wool belongs to London. Zoom out, leave the room and go straight ahead in front of you through the rear door on the right.

Room 4: 

Zoom in on the couch. A Hatbox and in the Viewer you can see the Hills of ROME. 

Note down: Hatbox belongs to Rome. Zoom out, exit the room and turn through the Middle Door on the right.

Room 5: 

Turn Clockwise and zoom in on the table next to the fireplace. There is a Medallion and in the viewer you can see the Miracles of EGYPT. 

Note down: Medallion belongs to Egypt. Zoom out, leave the room, turn around and go through the front door of the right side.

Room 6: 

Zoom in on the Sofa. Sheet music, so actually Flute. In the Viewer you see Brooklyn New York. 

Note down: Flute belongs to New York. Zoom out, leave Room.

You now know everything to start earning your first Rose. It is now a matter of combining all your knowledge about the Items, the cells, the colors, the names and the maps. Leave the Pension and return to the Police Station. Enter and go right to the rear Office Desk with the 6 colored name plates.

You have made diagrams of the 6 country maps, the items in the cells, the cell keys and you know who belongs to which cell. 

From the rooms in the pension you know where each of these 6 ladies has been in the world. Make a schedule of al this knowledge. Something like this:

You now must pick up the colored pins from each name plate and then stick those pins on the right map.

Start with OPHELIA....Pick up the red Pin from the OPHELIA name plate  and zoom out, turn to the left, zoom in on Map 3 and stick the Pin on LONDON. 

Repeat this with all other pins and if you have done this correctly you will automatically go to the doors, behind the desk, to enter the office where you will see a RED ROSE on the cupboard.

 Take the rose and.............. you will automatically return to Molly's flower cart. This will open. Click your Rose in the cart and see ... ..the first basket is now filled with beautiful blooming flowers.

Rose 2

Smedley's Pub

Turn left and go forward. Left is then Mrs. Pettibone's pension again. Go again forward and zoom in on the name plate of the large red corner house. This is "Smedley's Pub", the local cafe.

 Zoom out and go inside the pub. You stand before the bar with the 6 beer taps. Zoom in on the beer taps.

Each beer tap has a different color and each beer tap has a different Heraldic image. Number the 6 beer taps, from left to right, as 1 to 6.

 You cannot click the taps, but you must get them to tap beer and the taps must do this from left to right, each after each other. But how to do this?

Zoom out and turn to the left and you will see the left side of the pub. You'll see 3 seating areas where the guest can sit. On the back wall is on dartboard. Turn around so you look to the right side of the pub. There are also 3 seating areas for guest and at the back wall you see the fire place. So in total there are 6 seating areas in the pub.  Number the seating areas on the left side 1, 2, 3, and on the right side 4, 5, 6

You have to do some experiment now. Go to one of the seating areas, it doesn't matter witch one. On the table of every seating area is a box. 

Zoom in on that box. In the box are 6 dart arrows. Number the arrows, from top to bottom, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

Each dart arrow has a color and an image that corresponds to one of the 6 Beer Taps. Just click on a dart arrow and see what happens......... 

The dart arrow you click is then thrown to the dart board that hangs in the left part on the back wall. Try all 6 arrows and.......1 of the 6 arrows in this seating area now lets a certain beer tap move when it hit the dart board.

You have to find out which dart arrow in which seating area allows beer tap 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to move. Make a schedule of this.  It's a lot of work, but you just have to find out first which dart arrow in which seating area makes witch  beer tap move. This way you'll find the right sequence in which you have to click on the right arrow in the seating areas so that the beer taps, from the left to the right, will pour beer. If you make a mistake by clicking on the wrong arrow or by using the wrong order, you have to start all over again. 

I assume that the solution to this beer tap puzzle will be the same in every game , so I came to the following order:

Beer tap 1 = seating area 3 with Arrow 5
Beer tap 2 = seating area 1 with Arrow 3
Beer tap 3 = seating area 5 with Arrow 2
Beer tap 4 = seating area 4 with Arrow 4
Beer tap 5 = seating area 6 with Arrow 6
Beer tap 6 = seating area 2 with Arrow 1

If you do this well and have clicked the last arrow, you will see all 6 Beer Taps tap beer....... The fire place turns open and you will automatically enter the secret space behind the fire place. Then click forward o go through the Green  Wooden Door. You are then in a big hall with a boxing ring. 

Go to the boxing ring and turn to the right corner of it. In the corner of the boxing ring stand a stool and on that stool lies your 2nd red Rose. Click on the Rose and... 

you are  automatically back at Molly's flower cart. Put the Rose back in the cart and there is another basket full of flowers. 

Rose 3

Zoom out of the flower cart and turn left again. Were to find the 3rd Rose, you wander . Wasn't there a poster of a missing dog, on one of the desks at the police station? The name of the missing dog was Muffy and she was last seen at the butcher shop. From the flower card go ahead in the direction of Smedley's pub and then turn  left and go to the end of this street. Turn  left and you stand in front of the butcher shop. Go inside

When you are inside the butcher shop you are at a table. There's a dog tag on the table

Zoom in  on the dog tag....The name on the tag is Muffy. 

Turn the tag around and......on the backside you read "If Found Call Miss Pettibone at Baker 555". So...Muffy belongs to the boardinghouse. Zoom out and you're right back on the street again. Turn left and go back through the street, then turn around  to see the boardinghouse again. Go back inside the boardinghouse and go to the table in the library room again. Zoom in on the table and.........the telephone rings, so click on the ringing telephone

The voice on the telephone tells you that Muffy has been found and you're invited to visit the morgue room. 

So leave the boardinghouse and go back the police station and go inside again. Go past the counter and to and through the "Morgue" door. 

Then zoom in on the body that is lying on the table under the sheet. You get a close-up of a foot. There is a name label on the foot: Pettibone it says

.Click on the foot and.......the body disappears and the 3rd rose appears. Pick up the Rose and......you go automatically back to Molly's Flower Cart again. Place the 3rd Rose in de cart and.......

You are "brought back" to the Herculania and you see the seeming face of Leo disappear. Zoom out. Turn right and go forward and then click on the green center of the Pod. O ...... Jan is still in but he resolves.

Turn around completely and now go 3 clicks ahead and then you automatically go up again via the steel spiral staircase, in the left corner, and 

you end up in the infirmary with the 6 capsules. Turn left and step into the elevator and go with it to Deck 1.
