Chapter 9: The Tower: Part 2:

The Circle Tram

I assume that you know the way through the Tower and know the routes to the different Blue Doors on the various Levels of the Tower.

I really do not want to explain all those routes step by step again. We now have to go back to Level 3: Back Side to explore the Stations  of the Circle Tram.

So enter the Tower and climb up to Level 3 via the stairs. At Level 3 you turn right and go out at the back and follow the iron path to the blue gate of:

3rd Level: Back Side The Circle Tram Stations

Open the Blue Door and then go forward 3 times. You are back in the Tram, which goes through the round tunnel all the way around the Crystal Cave

So you are here at Station 1. Turn left and click on the square button, under the window.

The Tram drives forward and stops at:

Station 2:

You already know that here the door to the Crystal Cave is blocked. Turn left and step into the niche. There is a panel on each of the three walls. Left is Panel 1, back wall is Panel 2, Right is Panel 3. Examine the panels. Each panel has 3 screens and beneath each screen there is a button that you can click on. In each left screen you can click 12 different geometric figures. In the two other screens you can click the digits 0 to 9 and with this you can make the numbers 0 to 99. These 3 panels are, above, fixed to blue pipes and below fixed to brown pipes.

Make sure that the 3 panels are in the starting position again, black screen and 2 zeros. Turn around to the Tram. A box is hanging to the left and right of the entrance to the niche. The right box is attached to the Blue Pipes and has the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 lights. If you click on the Red Button, below the box, the lights will go on for a short time. The box is connected to the left hand box via the blue pipe. The Left Box is attached to 3 brown pipes. On the box you see a circle with 3 horizontal lines. The circle is connected to the 3 pipes via brown lines.

We really need more instructions for these 3 panels here Step back in the Tram, press the button again and the tram continues to:

Station 3:

Turn left and enter the niche. In the back wall there is a Metal Door that does not open when you click on the Red Button. There are 2 panels on both the left wall and the right wall. View them all 4.

Left wall:

Left panel: This panel has a 4-pointed Square as a symbol. It has a screen with 2 red buttons. With the top button you count from 0 to 9 and with the bottom button you count down from 9 to 0.

Right panel: Has no symbol and only 1 Red Button. If you click once on the red button, a cross appears in the screen. If you click twice on the Red Button, 2 Curved lines appear, top right and bottom left. If you click the Red Button three times, two other Curved Lines will appear, Top left and Bottom right.

Right wall:

Left panel: Symbol is a cross. 2 buttons with which you add from o to 9 and counts from 9 to 0.

Right panel: Symbol is an 8-pointed Circle and here you count from 0 to 9 and you count from 9 to 0.

These 4 panels are connected to a gray pipe. No idea what the intention is. Enter the Tram again and continue to:

Station 4:

Turn left and go  into the niche. Back wall has a large double sliding door. Left Wall has a large Simulation Panel and on the right wall you see a large panel that shows all those geometric figures that you have already seen in the small screen with the 2 green buttons, to the left of the entrance to the Doors Hall.

Simulation Panel:

Stand right in front of the Simulation Panel. Look at it. The panel has 25 squares. The middle 9 squares are brown, the remaining 16 are blue. On the right is a red button, on the left there are 2 brown pipes. The Red Button is connected to the thing, at the top of the brown pipes. You also see a yellow light in the brown pipe. The brown pipe enters the upper left of the panel and comes out again at the bottom left.

If you click in the squares of the panel, then you get orange lines in those squares that can have different shapes. It is the intention that you make on Uninterrupted Orange Line through the panel to connect the Brown Pipe Top left with the Brown Pipe Bottom left. You have to do this in 2 steps. Make sure all squares are EMPTY again:

The 9 Brown Squares : Solution for the ? panel:

We will first do the middle 9 Brown Squares. The number of clicks you make in these 9 Brown Boxes gives you the solution for the ? panel that you have seen in one of the "Radiators" Rooms in Niche 2 of the Blue Dome Room on the 3rd Level Front Side of the Tower. So note the number of clicks you have to make in each of these 9 Brown Squares to get the correct orange line.  Number this 9 Brown Squares, from top left to bottom right, as: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I.

Then click: 1 time in A, 3 times in B, 3 times in C, 2 times in D, 3 times in E, 2 times in F, 1 time in G, 1 time in H, 2 times in I.

If you have done this, you will continue to connect the lines in the middle 9 brown squares to an uninterrupted line by clicking the right lines in the blue boxes. You do not have to remember the number of clicks. You have then created an uninterrupted orange line that now connects the 2 brown pipes through the panel. Then click the Red Button and .... the yellow light will now go on.

Turn clockwise to the large double sliding door and open these doors and ...... you have large, larger and big and this is a very BIG Circle.

A vertical CRACK runs through the circle and the inevitable Red Button is again on the right. This is the

Arithmetic Disc:

Let's start with that "crack". So grab the 2 "Arithmetic Disk Fragments" from your inventory and click them into the crack.

One fragment fits in the top of the crack and the other fits underneath.

Then click the Red Button once to turn the entire disk 1 quarter turn. The "CRACK " is then horizontal. Study the disk. WHAT DO YOU SEE ON IT.

If you follow the lines from Part A, you will see that you must enter the Outcome of A in B. The Outcome of B must be entered in C and the Outcome of C are the NUMERALS of D. That is what it is all about. The point is that you, via A, B and C, come to a number for each of the 3 symbols of D, so for each of the 3 panels at Station 3. It just a matter of filling in the correct numbers.

What do you know? Well .... You know that Part A is the same as the 9 Brown Squares of the Simulation Panel and also as the 9 boxes of the ? panel that you have seen in Niche 2 of the Blue Dome Room. You know how many times you've clicked in each of those 9 Brown Squares. Enter these numbers into the 9 squares of Part A and make the sums:

Part A

1 x 3 x 3 = 9
+   +   +
2 x 3 x 2 = 12
+   +   +
1 x 1 x 2 = 2
=   =   =
4   7   7

Now follow the lines of each of the outcomes from A to the diamonds of Part B and fill in the relevant result and make the sums.

Part B:

12 - 4 = 8
+   +
9 - 7 = 2
+   +
7 - 2 = 5
=   =
28   13

Now follow the lines of each result of Part B to the circles of Part C and fill in those circles the relevant result of B and make the sums again.

Part C:

28 - 8 - 13 = 7
        -
        5 - 2 = 3
        =
        8

now follow the lines that run from each of the 3 outcomes of C to Part D and then you know the number associated with each of the 3 symbols.

And that is: 4-Pointed Square = 7. 8 angled Circle = 3. Cross = 8

Do you have this? Then close the doors and turn clockwise to the panel on the right wall. On this panel you can see 23 geometric figures. This panel also has 9 brown boxes, as the middle section of the Simulation Panel. Well .... I am obviously a pain in your as......but .....make your own drawings of all these figures

Turn right and enter the Tram again and press the square button again. The Tram now goes to Station 1. Continue, via Station 2, to:

Station 3:

Go left again into the Niche. Well ... we're going to open the door here now. Via the Arithmetic Disc you now know which numbers you have to enter on the 4-point square panel, the cross panel and the 8-point circle panel. So on the 4-point square panel you put the number 7, on the cross panel you put the number 8 and on the 8-point circle panel the number 3.

Then turn to the Metal Door and press the Red Button again and .... the door opens. Go forward 1 time and stop.

You have ended up in:

The Glass Maze:

Turn clockwise to the right wall. You see a Map of the Glass Maze.....Draw it over. You can see that the Maze consists of 20 rooms that are connected to each other via sliding doors. When you turn to the left wall, you will see a button with an Exit arrow on it. This is the RESET BUTTON with which you can bring the Glass Maze back to the starting state.

The reset button is only important when  you are completely lost in the maze. With this button you put all doors back to the initial state and you can start again.

On your drawing number the rooms, from top left to bottom right, as A to T

As you know you find the COMPASS at the bottom of your screen, in the black border. The compass has 4 points. The white point of the compass always indicates which way you look to. In this game the compass differs a bit from what is normal. the top point is North, the Right point is West, the Lower point is South, the Left point is East. East and West are turned around in this game. I therefore do not use the directions of the compass in this walkthrough. I tell you instead that you have to go left, right or forward. I find that this is a lot easier than East, West, South or North. So in this maze I use Left, Right, Forward to give you directions

It is quite complicated to know where you are in this Glass Maze and therefore I can not emphasize enough that you follow my instructions EXACTLY. Otherwise you are going to go wrong and you get hopelessly lost in the maze. The best thing to do is to draw the floor plan over on a piece of paper and put it next to you, and then always turn your floor plan drawing around with the direction you go through the maze.

Our first goal is to get to Room D. To start, go stand in front of the floor plan again We are going to start:

So you start in room  H. Standing in front of the floor plan you turn left. You look into room G.

  • Enter G. In G, turn right and go forward to C. Turn left.
  • You look at B. Turn left. You look in G. Turn left.
  • You are now standing in front of the closed door between C and D.

The door locker is located right next to the door. It has 2 round buttons and 3 square green buttons. You can press the buttons until all eternity but the door does not open.

Turn right. You are looking at G again. Enter G. You are standing in front of the closed door to K. Turn right. You stand in front of the closed door to F. Click on the red button to open the door. Unfortunately, the door between F and E closes.

  • Enter F. You stand in front of the now closed door to E. Turn left and enter J and then forward into N.
  • In N turn left. You look in at O. Close the door to O. You see that the door between O and P opens.
  • Turn left and go back to J. In J turn left and enter I. In I turn left.
  • You look into M. Turn left. You look again at J. Close the door to J. The door between J and K opens.
  • Turn right and enter M and then forward to Q. In Q, turn left. You now look through R and through S to T.
  • In T you see an arrow on the wall that points to P.

Now move forward, by R and S, to T. In T you stand before the arrow.  In T turn left and enter P.

  • In P you stand before the closed Brown Door to L. Turn left and enter O.
  • In O you stand before the closed door to N.
  • Turn right and enter K. In K you are now standing in front of the closed door to G.
  • Turn left and enter J. In J you stand in front of the closed door to I.
  • Turn left and enter N. Turn left and open the door to O. You will see the door close between O and P.
  • Enter O and turn left and close the door to K. The door between K and G opens.
  • Turn left and enter N again. In N you turn right and go forward, via J to F.
  • In F turn you turn right and enter G. You are now looking at H and the Tram.

  • Turn left and left again and close the door to F. The door between F and E now opens. Turn left and enter K.
  • Turn right and enter J. Turn right and enter F. Turn left and enter E.
  • In E you then stand in front of a closed door with a Blue Button on the right and a panel with a line on the left. Sign this line.

Turn right and enter A. In A turn left. Through the grating window you see a masonry stone wall.

  • Turn right twice. You stand in front of the closed door to B. Open the door. The door between B and C closes. Enter B.
  • You stand in front of the now closed door to C. In the middle of the door there is a red button and there are 2 rounds and 3 squares on the door.

  • Turn left 2 times and go back to A. In A turn left and go back to E. In E turn left and enter F again.
  • In F, turn right and enter J again. In J turn left and go back to K. In K turn left and go via G to D.

In C turn left to the door with B. There is a paper on the door.

On the paper you see the code for the door lock box from the door to C. Note it down

Turn right twice. You are in C and again in front of the closed door to D. Right is the lock box. On the door to B you have seen the order in which you now have to click on the 3 green buttons. Number the 3 green buttons, from top to bottom, A, B and C.

Click the Upper Round Button and then the green buttons in the order: C, C, A, C, B, A, A and then click on the Lower Round Button and this door will now open.

Room D

Enter D. You then stand in front of a blue panel with in the middle a large cylinder, on the left a red button and on the right a lever

A blue pipe runs underneath the panel.

Turn right. A Cabinet with a Drawing above it. Around the drawing you see 8 dots images.

Draw the dots and number them on your drawing, from top right to top left, A to H

Turn left twice to the left wall. A Panel with 8 boxes. In the 8 boxes you  see those 8 dots formations that are also on the drawing.

This panel is connected to the box via the blue pipe. Turn clockwise to the cylinder again. There is a metal ring on the cylinder. In the Ring you see a line drawing. It is almost the same line drawing that is hanging above the cabinet. But not quite the same. Now click on the lever once. Now there will be another line  drawing in the Ring and this is exactly the drawing as it also hangs above the box. There are 8 small lights in the ring. They are at exactly the same place as the 8 dot formations on the drawing above the Cabinet. Number these 8 lights, from top right to upper left, as A to H.

Then click on the Red Button and WATCH ....... The yellow lights in the ring go on one at a time. NOTE DOWN THE ORDER in which the yellow lights get lit

The lights are lit as follows: H = 1, G = 2, A = 3, D = 4, C = 5, F = 6, B = 7, E = 8. Look at your drawing which dots belong here.

Now turn left again to the dot panel and click, now according to the light / dot sequence you just found, on the dot boxes.

When you do this well then you hear that cabinet goes open. So turn 2 times clockwise to the cabinet and this is now indeed open.

Take out the thing that is in the cabinet....... It is a "Safety Device".

  • Turn right and enter C again.
  • Turn left and go, via G, to K.
  • In K turn right and enter J again.
  • In J, turn right and enter F again.
  • In F turn left and enter E again.
  • In E turn right and enter A again
  • In A you turn 2 times left and close the door to E.
  •  You see the door open to I.
  • Turn left and enter B.

In B turn right and .... you see a Gray Plate on the wall. This has 3 lines again and the numbers Red 9, Blue 22, Green 3.

Turn left and open the door to C by clicking the button in the door. Enter C.

  • In C you turn right and go, via G, to K. In K turn right and enter your J again.
  • In J, turn right and enter F again. In F turn left and enter E again.
  • In E turn left and go via Q and M to Q. In Q turn left and enter R.
  • In R turn left and ..... again a Gray Plate. This has the numbers Red 11, Blue 18 and Green 7.

Turn right again and, via S, go to T. In T turn left and close the door to P. The Brown Door to L will now open. Turn left and go back to Q via S and R.

  • In Q, turn right and go back to E. via M and I. In E turn right and enter F.
  • In F, turn right and go via J to N. In N turn left and enter O.
  • In O turn left and open the door to K. The door to G is now closed. Turn left and go back to N.
  • In N you turn 2 times left and close the door to O. The door to P now opens. Turn left and enter J
  • In J, turn right and enter K. In K turn right and enter O. In O turn left and enter P.
  • In P turn left and enter L.

You are now in L and represents a panel with 4 gray boxes. Turn left. You see 2 cylinders on the wall. Turn right twice. Again 2 cylinders. You can turn these 4 cylinders and you will always see a different shaped line on it. Do you remember that line you saw on the left side of the door in E? Well that line you now have to imitate here on these 4 cylinders.

  • On the left wall you put a vertical line on the upper cylinder and on the bottom cylinder a "point to the right line"
  • On the Right wall you put a line on both cylinders with the Point to the Left.

  • Now back to Room E. So go right in front of the panel with the 4 gray boxes.
  • Turn around twice left or right and enter P again
  • In P turn right and enter O again.
  • In O turn right and enter K again.
  • In K, turn left and enter J again.
  • In J you turn right and enter F again.
  • In F turn left and enter E again.

In E you then stand at the door with the Blue Button. Click on the Blue Button and if you now have given the right line in L, the 4 cylinders will open the door here.

Go forward, right and forward again. You are now in the:

Laser rooms Cave:

The 2nd Blue Fragment:

This is a large cave. Right in front of you is the middle part of the cave. There is a large round window in the green wall.

Go forward and look through this window

The middle part is hollow and contains 4 small rooms. The entrance to the back room is blocked by laser beams. The entrances of the front 3 rooms are located on the left and right and all 6 also contain laser beams. It does not matter whether you enter the rooms via the left side or the right side  I'm going right. So turn right, forward, left, forward, left and enter Room 1 through the laser gate

You then look in Room 1 at the left gate of the room. To the left of the gate is the letter X.Turn around to the gate through which you entered. You see the Letter Z next to it.

Turn left and enter room 2. Next to the left gate is the letter L and next to the right gate the letter N.  Next to the left gate is the letter U and next to the right gate is the letter H. In Room 3 you go stand at the gate to room 4, the End Room. Do not step into Room 4.  This gate too has lasers. In the backwall of Room 4 is a round hatch. To the left of the gate is the letter C, to the right of the gate you see the red CLOCK and a Red Button.

Now pay attention because I'm going to try to explain it all to you.

If you click on the Red button the pointer of clock will turn and stop at a certain hour. Then the pointer turns again and stops again at a certain hour. This happens 7 times. You must note down the HOURS ORDER in which the pointer of the clock stops.......This order is always different because this is a RANDOM puzzle

When the pointer of the clock has passed 7 times then the round hatch in Room 4 opens and you'll see the 2nd Blue Fragment in it..... DO NOT ENTER ROOM 4 because then the hatch will close again. You must now "translate" the Hours that the pointer of the clock has designated to you, into the letters that are inside the rooms next to the gates. Then you leave these rooms through the gate with the first letter of the sequence and you go back in via the gate with the next letter of the sequence and so you work down through the entire sequence.

If you do this right then you will enter the last Room 4 and the round panel will remain open and you can take the 2nd Blue Fragment. However, if you go wrong on the way, then the round hatch will close as soon as you enter Room 4 and you can then not take the blue fragment. Then you will have to do this whole thing over again by starting the clock again via Red Button, but then you will get ANOTHER SEQUENCE OF HOURS in witch the Pointer stops. It all sounds very complicated, but it is really not that complicated

I'll  explain it on the basis of the Hours Sequence that I received when I clicked the Red Button.

My sequence of the clock pointer was: 2 o'clock, 1 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 11 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 12 o'clock. The clock pointer always stops at these 7 hours, but the order in witch the pointer stops is always different. The last hour in the order is always 12 hours. In Part 3A you saw all sorts of letter symbols in the Letter Corridor of the Brown Room left. In the Revolving Huts Maze you have link these letters to the times of the clock and in the Doors Hall converted  them back to normal letters.  Now you have to link the Hours that you get from the Clock to the letters that are here next to the gates of the rooms

1 o'clock C L
2 o'clock

Reverse N

N
3 o'clock U U
9 o'clock X with line on top X
10 o'clock X with line right side Z
11 o'clock N H
12 o'clock Z C

You then leave the rooms via the 1st Letter in your order, enter the rooms again by the 2nd letter of your order, back out via the 3rd letter, back in via the 4th letter, back out via the 5th letter in your order, back in via the 6th letter and then you enter Room 4 via the C port.

To help you here is the layout of the rooms:

X = Room 1 left.
Z = Room 1 on the right.
L = Room 2 left.
N = Room 2 on the right.
U = Room 3 left.
H = Room 3 on the right.
C = in room 3 to room 4.

So for me the sequence of the clock pointer was: 2 o'clock, 1 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 11 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 12 o'clock, so for me this "translate" to the letter order: N, L, Z, X, H, U, C. So I have to follow the following route:

Out through the N gate Room 2 (right),
in through the L Gate Room 2 (left),
to the outside via the Z gate Room 1 (right),
in through the X port Room 1 (left),
to the outside via the H gate Room 3 (right),

Entering through the U port Room 3 (left) and through the C gate to room 4 and I could grab the 2 Blue Fragment.

I hope that this explanation on the basis of the Hours Order that  I received from the Clock helps you to understand how it works. Because the Hours Order of the Clock is always different, I can not offer you more help than my explanation that is based on the order that I received from the Clock.

When you have managed to take the 2nd Fragment, you have to go back to the TOWER. Unfortunately this has to be done via the GLASS MAZE.

Back to the Tower:

When you have taken the 2nd Blue Fragment you turn 2 times left or right and you go:

3 times forward, left and via the Z gate to the outside, right, forward, right, forward, left, 2 times forward, left and 1 forward.

You are now back in Room E of the:

Glass Maze:

Back in Room E, look at F. Turn right and now go back to Q via I and M. In Q, turn left and go through R to S.

In S you turn clockwise to the right wall of S. In the right wall of S there is a ventilation grille.

Open the grille and then crawl 3 times through the ventilation shaft to the ladder. Look up and climb the ladder completely.

Above you turn left. A gate with a fence and a red button. Behind the fence is a long train tunnel.

Back to the Lift Maze:

Click on the Red Button, on the right of the gate. The Train now comes to you through the tunnel and the gate will open.

Go step into the train. In the train you turn around. You then look at the entrance again.

If you look carefully then you'll see that there is a panel, left and right next to the entrance, but  the panels are now almost entirely covered by the rear of the train.

Turn around again so that you look through the tunnel again and click on the large Green Button, top right. The train goes through the tunnel to the other end. The gate will open.

Do not get off the train yet, but turn around again. Click the green button at  top right to go back through the tunnel and pay attention to what you see...... When the train is close to the starting point of the tunnel, you can see what is on the 2 panels that hang left and right next to the entrance. F9 you read on those panels......Note done F9

The train stops again. Turn around again and click on the Green Button again to go back to the other side of the tunnel.

When the train has stopped there, you go ahead of the train and turn right. You see a very thick tube with a small ladder in front of it.

Go forward 1 time but do not climb into the big pipe yet. Turn left and look down. A ladder goes down through a narrow shaft. Click in the shaft and then descend all the way down

When you're there is a red button on the right of the ladder. Turn right. A number box. Well .... enter F9 on this box via the arrow buttons.

Turn back counterclockwise to the ladder and click on the Red Button. The lower part of the ladder opens up like a gate.

Go forward 2 times. You are standing on a balcony and in front of a Red Button.

This balcony is above the Lift Maze Cave and you see, on your left, the path between the Lower Lifts B and A and the Blue Gate. Click the Red Button. You hear a bell and the Red Button turns green. You have supplied the Blue Gate, between the lifts A and B,with power and this gate can now be opened. Now look DOWN, to the left of the now green button.........You see, in the depth, a Red Symbol. Draw it over

Look up again and turn around and go back 2 times through the corridor and then turn around again. Click the Red Button of the ladder again. The lower ladder piece now closes again. Look up and climb back up the ladder. Climbed up again from the shaft, turn clockwise to the thick tube. Click 2 (or 3) times in the tube and you slide through the tube diagonally down through the rock wall and you end up in the:

Water pipes Cave:

Well here you have been before. Go  4 times forward, left, 2 times forward, open the roller shutter door,

2 times ahead, left, follow the rail path 4 times forward, left (on your right is the manhole cover),

2 times forward, right, forward, left, forward, right, 2 times forward, left ( on your right is the revolving door),

2 times forward, right, forward, climb the ladder and at the top of the ladder you turn 2 times left or right, descend 2 times the stairs,

right, forward, left, forward, right and you are now looking at Lift B of the:

Lifts Maze:

Go forward to:

Lift B:

Open the lift door and step in the lift.  Click the Down arrow button to go down with Lift B. Turn right, open the door and get out the lift.

Then turn back to Lift B, close the door and click the Up arrow button to sent lift Lift B up.

Turn clockwise and go to:

Lift C:

Click on the arrow button next to the door to lower Lift C and then enter Lift C. Turn right and go up with Lift C,via the Up arrow button.

Turn right, open the door and move forward to:

Lift B:

Enter Lift B, turn left and go down again with Lift B. Turn right, open the door and now follow the path ahead to:

Lift A:

Enter Lift A and go up with Lift A again. Turn left, open the door and go all the way along the path and then left and you're back at:

Lift B:

Click on the button next to the elevator door to bring Lift B here and then enter the elevator. Go down with Lift B. Turn right, open the door and go forward, left, forward, right again to Lift C: Click on the elevator button to lower Lift C but do not go IN lift C. Turn right and return to:

Lift B:

Enter the elevator again and lift up again with Lift B. Turn around, open the door and now go forward 3 times, right, forward, left, forward, right and 2 times ahead and....

....... you are back in the: 3rd Moon Room: Turn right and advance 2 times to:

Lift A:

Enter Lift A and lower again with Lift A. Then turn RIGHT and open the door and follow the iron path to the Roller shutter door.

Click on the red button in this roller shutter door to open it and then follow the path to:

Lift C:

Enter Lift C and lift up again with the lift. Turn clockwise 2c, open the door and step outside and turn left and now you finally stand before the:

XYZ DOOR:

Open the door via the red button. Go down the two ladders again and go down to the back in the hallway and turn left and you are standing in front of the still-opened GOLDEN DOOR.

Step 1 times forward and you are back on the path of the 2nd Level Front Side of the TOWER.

Chapter 10: The Tower: Part 3: Crystal Cave and Blue Dome Room

2019: Walkthrough by: Louis Koot
