World A 4
You're standing at the beginning of a street that goes up the hill. Behind you is the teleporter to return to the temple.
On the left is the inevitable terminal already beeping impatiently and on the right is the signboard stating that there are 4 yellow Tetrisjes and a Star to score here
So first go "Use" the terminal again and then follow the street up the hill. You will then arrive at the first of the 4 purple gates and it is on the right side of the street. You can go straight on but also left. Turn left for a moment. In the area to the left of the street you will see a high stone pillar. On top of that pillar is a Connector. Remember this pillar and the connector that is on top of it because that connector will soon be important to be able to score the only Gold Star of this World A 4.
You can wander through the area to the left and right of the street and even run over the beaches looking for QR plaques but I didn't find any.
Follow the street straight ahead to the end. So you pass the next 3 purple gates. At the very end you will see an Audio Message floating
So run on to the audio message and run right through it and listen to the recording of your predecessor, turning yourself back to the street
Run back and then go through the 1st purple gate on the right side of the street and ..... you end up in .....
Tetris Puzzle 15: Above All That
Follow the path, under the stone arch, and you will arrive at the "square". In the middle of the "square" is a tower with a pillar on the roof.
To the left is the blue gate behind which the Tetris stone floats.
2 laser beams go around the tower, a red beam and a blue beam. At the blue gate, a blue receiver and a red receiver are on the wall.
The red laser beam goes to the red receiver via a connector but it does not reach the red receiver because the red beam collides with the blue beam.
Look to the right. On the back wall of the "Square" you can see the "stage". To the left of the "stage" is the blue emitter and to the right the red emitter.
You have to connect the blue emitter to the blue receiver and the red emitter to the red receiver and the 2 beams must not cross each other.
Walk around the tower to the other side and then continue to the 2nd connector.
This connector connects the blue emitter to the blue receiver but the blue beam collides with the red beam. You have to make sure that the red beam reaches the red receiver and that the blue beam reaches the blue receiver without the beams colliding with each other. Pick up Connector 2 and ...... the red beam will reach the red receiver
take Connector 2 to the "Stage" and climb onto the stage
Standing on the stage, you first make sure that you can see both the blue receiver and the blue emitter from the stage. Turn around to the blue receiver and then place your cursor on the blue Emitter. The Emitter will then be outlined in white and you will see a mouse with "Select". Now click with your left mouse button on the connector to select the blue Emitter
Turn around to the tower. Make sure you see the blue receiver from the "Stage".
Aim your cursor on the blue receiver and then left click to select the blue receiver with the connector
You now read "Connect" at the mouse symbol and that you have to left click to do it.
So left click to place the connector on the stage now and to connect the blue Emitter to the blue Receiver via the blue laser beam and the connector and ....
......... because the 2nd connector is now high on the "Stage" the blue beam now goes over the red beam and because of this the red beam now also keep reaches the red receiver and the blue gate will now go "open". So run to and through the now open blue gate and score the yellow Tetris. You do run through the red beam, which will close the blue gate again, but it will open again automatically when you walk through
We will come back here later when we score the Golden Star because we have to be here again.
Leave this courtyard and back on the street you will see that there is a QR plaque on the wall across the street, so go and read that QR message
Then follow the street further back to the next purple gate, on the left side of the street. Go through the purple gate and .... You are then in:
Tetris Puzzle 16: Don't Cross The Stream
Follow the path again to the large clearing. Here too a "tower" and here too is the blue gate on the left where the Tetris float behind. The red emitter is attached to the tower, which is in the middle. The blue emitter is lit at the tower on the wall. The 2 beams collide again. In front of the blue receiver is an unused Connector. The other connector already guides the red beam to the read receiver.
Pick up the unused Connector. This will allow the red beam to reach the red receiver so red is good now.
You now have to lead the blue beam around the tower to the blue receiver.
Take the connector to the back of the tower and stand at the back right corner at the back wall
..... You have to find a place where you can see both the blue emitter and the blue receiver, in other words, find the spot that gives you a good Line of Sight on the blue emitter and the blue receiver. Then select the blue emitter and then the blue receiver and "connect" them together with the connector. I am not going to explain how you do that again because I have already explained that in detail in puzzle 15
The blue beam now goes around the tower to the blue receiver and no longer intersects with the red beam.
The blue gate is now open so go and get the yellow Z-Tetris stone
You now have the 4 yellow Tetris stones to unlock the Boxes in the temple, but we will do that when we are finished here in A 4.
Exit this courtyard and follow the street to the 3rd purple gate on the right side of the street. Step through the gate to start with solving......
Tetris Puzzle 17: Branch It Out
Run on to the fence behind which the yellow Tetris floats. Gosh ... it would be nice if you could take the Tetris now, but unfortunately ....
..... your God didn't make it that easy for you. From the gate you go to the right and ......
...... you then end up in the courtyard. On the corner of the left wall is the blue receiver 1. On the wall on the other side is blue receiver 2 and on the wall on the right is the blue emitter. The blue emitter is now connected to the 2 blue receivers via the connector in the middle of the courtyard. That is Connector 1
Go around the corner at the blue receiver 1 and then pause and look at the back right corner of the walls.
At the top of the corner is Connector 2 and you can see that it radiates a dotted line to the left into the alley
Take a look there, so follow that dotted line from Connector 2 to the left around the corner and .....You are then at the blue gate where the Tetris stone floats behind and at the blue receiver 3. Of course the gate is closed So you also have to send the blue beam to receiver 3 and that must be done via Connector 2. To be clear, You cannot grab Connector 2 because it is high up and fixed on the wall.
Go back to Connector 1 and pick it up now and connect Connector 1 now with the Emitter and with the receivers 1 and 2 and with Connector 2, which is in the corner on top of the wall. Again I will not explain how to do that again because I have already explained that extensively in puzzle 15. When you have selected everything, click "Connect" to put connector 2 down and if you did it all right the emiiter is then connected to receiver 3 at the blue port via Connector 1, receiver 1 and 2 and Connector 2
The blue Tetris gate is now also open so go and get the Tetris stone
The fence will open so run to the purple gate and step out through it and now follow the street to the front purple gate, on the left side of the street. On the right you also see that high pillar with the connector on it. Still remember that this pillar is there because in a moment the connector on that pillar will be very important to be able to score the Star
Go through the last purple gate .... you will be at:
Tetris Puzzle 18: Push It Further
Follow the path to the blue gate where the Tetris floats behind
There is a blue receiver next to the blue gate. However, you don't see the blue emitter here.
Behind the fence are 2 connectors and you have to go there now
So go left through the alley to the area behind the 2 connectors and then go right and ......
...... in the back you will see the blue emitter on the wall.
Go under the stone arch to the 2 Connectors.
You need both connectors to connect the blue Emitter to the blue receiver at the blue port.
But you can but you can't take them both at the same time.
So pick up 1 of the 2 Connectors and go back through the stone arch. Walk to the beginning of the alley on this side.
Then turn around to the Emitter and select the emitter and then drop the Connector here. So the connector must be near the alley
Now take the 2nd connector and take it back through the alley to the other side, at the blue gate.
Make sure you are standing in front of the entrance of the alley and then select the receiver and then Connector 1 and then put connector 2 down and ......
....... you have now connected the Emitter to the receiver via the 2 connectors and the Tetris gate will open
..... so go pick up the last yellow Z-Tetris from World A 4
Golden Star 5
As far as the Tetris stones are concerned, you are now finished in A 4, but I assume that you will now also want to score your 5th Star. The Star can also be found here in this courtyard but it requires a "Cross Over" Red Laser beam to get the Star. I shall first show you where the Star is hiding. Go through the alley back to Connector 1.
In the corner behind Connector 1 there are bushes. Walk to the corner and then turn left and walk through the bush into the back alley and ....... Blue gate 2 and behind it the Star. Also a red receiver. So you have to bring a red laser beam to this red receiver and there is no red emitter here. So how are we going to fix this?
To get a red laser beam here we need 2 connectors, a red emitter and the connector that is high on top of the pillar, in the outside area. For the red Emitter you now have to go back to the courtyard of puzzle 15 Above All That. Return to connector 1 and while doing that you notice that from this courtyard you can see that pillar with the Connector on top of it in the outside area.
Exit this courtyard and follow the street back to Puzzle 15 "Above All That"
Step through this purple gate again and run to the "square"
Back at Above All That
Stand on the left side of the "Stage" and look ahead ..... From the podium you can see in the distance the pillar with the connector on it.
To the left of the stage is the red Emitter and it is still connected to the "red" connector that is on the left of the tower.
Go get that "red" connector and climb back up the stage with it.
On the stage you select the red Emitter and then that connector that is on top of the pillar in the distance.
Then connect the connector to the emitter and that connector on top of the pillar
The red emitter is then connected to that connector on top of the pillar.
Now back to the "Push It Further" courtyard .......
.... on the way you see that the red beam now goes from Above All That to the connector on top of the pillar
Back in "Push It Further" you walk again to connector 1. Pick up Connector 1 again
Take the connector to the bush in the corner near the back wall.
Stand against the back wall at the bush and turn around to the bush.
Do not walk through the bush, but make sure you see the red Receiver through the bush and also make sure you see the Pillar on which the Connector is standing,
Through the bush Select the red Receiver, then turn left and aim your cursor at the Connector that is outside on top of that pillar.
Click Select and then Connect to connect the red sbeam via that pillar connector and your own connector to the red receiver and ......
The blue Star gate will open. So dive through the bush again and go pick up your 5th Golden Star
Done with World A 4. So back to the teleporter and teleport your mechanical as back to the temple
Temple: Unlock the Boxen
Go to the Box Column and ......
.... "Use" the terminal
... and then puzzle the 4 yellow Tetris stones in the checkerboard and ...... The column and the terminal sink into the floor
From now on you will also have access to the Boxes, with which you can block things and which you can use to climb over obstacles and we start with this in World A 5. So find the A5 teleporter and see on the signboard which Tetris stones you can find in A 5 and also your 6th Star.
So teleport yourself to ...
