Part 2: Underground
Chapter
15: Spirit Corridor
You are now in a tunnel on the other side of the gorge, It's the Spirit Corridor. Follow the light spirit Gamara through this tunnel. She keeps on chatting and ignites a number of torches along the way. You enter an open space, on the left you see a fenced door but you miss the key for it. On the right is a construction, you will look at it later.
Just follow the light spirit, over a bridge, until it stops at the fire.
Gamama now tells that you must find blue crystal powder to put into this fire. Gamama then goes back through the tunnel.
Behind the
fire you see a staircase. Go up the stairs, ahead you will see a path and on the
left a small staircase.
Turn to that staircase. On top are 3 baskets. On the right basket is a key, take that key
Then follow that other path to it's end. There hangs a kind of shovel, to which Gamara has refers to as "the crane", but you can't do anything with it now.
Go
back down to the fire pit and then walk
back through the corridor. The blue crystals pot is now on the left. Now take the
blue crystals.
You must crush the blue crystal into powder. Walk on to the wider middle part of this Spirit tunnel.
Go back under the wooden construction to the other side and then turn around to be at the locked fence door again.
Go to
the fence door and select the key you just found, then click on the keyhole
and the
fence door will fall to the ground.
Walk all the way up you will see a large round stone hanging on a rope, it is a
grindstone.
There are 2 levers. The left lever 1 you can click up and down a bit and the right lever 2 you can turn. Lever 2 is a crank.
Click/hold the crank and the grindstone will go up. Keep turning the crank until the grindstone will not go up any
further.
If you now click lever 1 down, the grindstone will fall down again.
With this you can break the crystals if you place the blue crystal under the grindstone, but to do this you must go down first. .
Turn the
grindstone up again with the crank.
Go
back down and go to the construction
on the right side. It's the grindstone construction. At the back is staircase.
Now go up those stairs
Above
you see a stone bowl where you have to put the crystals in, select the pot with
blue crystals and then click on the bowl.
You keep the empty pot in inventory but he blue crystals are now in the bowl. Go down and then through the fence door again and up to lever 1 and the crank lever.
Click on lever 1 and the grindstone falls down and breaks the crystals into powder
Walk
down to the front of the grinder, where you see a round .
Now
select the empty pot and place it on the disc. T disc will sink slightly and
the stone will start to grind the crystals into powder.
The blue
powder flows into the pot. Take the pot with blue crystal
powder back and walk back through the tunnel to the fire.
Note
from Louis: I have done this piece more than 10 times over and over again and each
time I only got the blue powder AFTER I had hoisted the grindstone up before I placed
the bowl on the disc. If I put the bowl on the disc while the grindstone was
down I did not get any blue powder.
At the
fire walk up the stairs and follow the path to the big shovel.
Select the pot with blue powder and click on the shovel and..........
The
"crane" is set and Gamana comes flying in. She turn the
"crane" around and the powder is
sprinkled into the fire.
Then
follows a whole story with many images that are projected, you have to sit down
and listen until Gamana has finished the story.
When
Gamana is ready she says she will wait for you at the entrance of the spirit
corridor and she will fly
into the tunnel.
Go down
and follow Gamana to the beginning of the tunnel. You will then again see the
gap and no bridge. Here is Gamana again and you have to follow her again.
Walk
behind the light spirit to the tunnel.
The
light spirit disappears again and you are at the beginning of the right tunnel.
Chapter 16: Underground Square: The Right Tunnel
