Chapter
3: Back to the Mansion:
"Slim
Jim"
You
are standing outside the church again. Walk straight ahead, across the courtyard
to the road, on the left you see a red car
Go
to the red car ....... Notice that you are here at the cemetery.
Practice
your burglars skills here on the red car, so use the "Slim Jim" to
open the car.
Too
bad .... but unfortunately there is nothing to be found in this car, but on the
square in front of Anne's Courtyard Inn there is also a car, so go back to it
now.
Walk
back to the intersection and turn left, follow that road and you will reach the
square where the black car is.
You've
just practiced on the red car, so you should know how to open this black car.
On
the passenger seat is a number of interesting things ......
On
top is a notebook by Steve Moss, a private detective. This contains the code of
the Security room of the Mansion, there is also a letter from the client.
Read
this through, also the threatening letter. Note the letter e that is not right.
You will also find the license card of Steve Moss.
There
is also a picture of a young woman, Sofia, turn the photo around and you will
see: "The secret lies with her".
You
miss the car keys to open the glovebox. You just found a code in Steve Moss's
diary, so you have to go back to The Mansion now. Turn to the tree and then turn
right into the road, follow this road until you see the sign H
on
the left. Slightly further up is an alley on the right, go into it. At the end
of the wall you go left and then up the stairs.
Robert's Mansion:
You
then come on theroad to the Mansion, go left to the gate.
Go
inside and walk to the house, walk straight along the reception / desk. Then
turn right to the stairs and go up the stairs,
at the top of the stairs go right again and you are at the Security room.
Security
Room:
Enter
the code on the lock here: 025241
and open the door.
Immediately
to the left of the door hangs a key box with 3 keys in it, take the 3 keys out
of the box
Under
this cabinet is a chest of drawers. On top of this box is the Security desk
logbook, read this. In the second drawer you will find a floor plan of this
floor.
On
the desk next to it is a folder with personnel data, view this and write down
the addresses.
Bernard
Hopkins: 31 Silverlake. Blvr.

Tea
Room
Also
take a look at the rest and then leave the room, left and in front of the stairs
along the wall. Halfway you will find the door to the Tea room. You now have the
key to the Tea Room in your inventory ... it is one of the 3 keys from the key
box in the security room, so open this door, just search for the right key
Go
inside and turn to the left, search again everything. Walk to the clock. In the
right corner under the dial you see small round hole where an object needs to be
put in, just what object?
Between
the windows is a low chest of drawers against the wall.
In
the upper drawer of the low chest of drawers you will find a key and a diary.
Grab the key then click on the diary, it is diary of Vivian Roberts. Read it
through. You can read again all these diaries in the journal (J).
In
the bay window at the third window is a desk, in the second drawer on the left
you see a few threatening letters. In the top drawer on the right you will find
a letter about the fraud of the Doctor.
The
drawer in the middle of the desk is locked. Exit the room.
Trisha's Room
If
you look at the floor plan of this floor you will see that the room of Trisha is
diagonally opposite. Walk to the left and then to the right in the direction of
the balcony, the first door on the left is from the room of Trisha. Open the
door with the key from the security room and go inside.
There
is a white cupboard along the wall. Read the note that is stuck on the cupboard
door.
The
drawers are empty and behind the first door you will find a box that is locked.
Behind the other doors you will find a key and a diary of Trisha Roberts. Take
the key and read the diary,
....
on the last page in the diary you will find the code for the study room. Make a
note of that number. .
Continue
through the room and see everything, including the bathroom. Then go to the bed,
the bedside table on the right is locked
Dorothy's
Room:
Walk
back to the security room, opposite is the room of Dorothy the nanny, you have
the key for this room too.
Go
to the desk, on top is a letter. Dorothy resigns.
In
the lower drawer you will find a photo that you can look at
In
the middle drawer you will find a diary of Dorothy, read it.
To
the left of the desk is the bathroom, on the cupboard to the right of the bed
you will find another diary of Dorothy. Read this again.
Master
Bedroom:
Exit
the room, turn right to the stairs on the left side. Go down, past the small
hallway to the outer door. A little further you go to the right, stop at the
first door on the left, this is the door of the Master Bedroom.
Open
the door with the key you found in the Tea Room and enter.
You
enter the master bedroom, search everything again. Walk to the windows and then
turn clockwise to the cupboard that is next to the bed.
In
the drawer of the cupboard you will find a windup key. Grab this and behind the
bottom door you will find a diary of Vivian Roberts, read it.
Walk
past the curved window and ......... on the floor there is a key with a label,
201 is on it. This is the key to a room at Anne's Courtyard Inn.
Back
to Anne's Courtyard Inn:
You're
done in the Mansion for the moment, so go outside through the front door and
then back through the gate .... You'll head back to Anne's Courtyard Inn. Follow
the road outside the gate, turn right in the bend and go down the stairs. Down
you go right into the alley and at the end you go left, follow the road and you
come to the Inn.
Anne's
Courtyard Inn:
Go
inside and through the stairs to room 201, search everything again.
The
most important is found on and in the desk, on the desk is the briefcase of
Steve Moss, the private detective. Unfortunately it is locked and you do not
have the key. In the top drawer you will find another diary of Steve Moss, the
sheriff wants to show him some documents.
There
is also a note of a secret panel in the bar behind the reception, what can be
found there?
In
the second drawer you will find 3 photos, view them 1 for 1. Also the back.
On
the top photo you can see someone standing on the roof, on the back it says that
this is on the roof of the hospital.
The
picture below is from the bench in the confessional, on the back it says that
the code is the date of birth of Calvin the former pastor.
The
bottom picture is of a cabinet with a cross-shaped key on the left side. The
photo shows the question: where can I find the key ?.
You cannot do anything here at this moment so go downstairs to the reception.
Enter the reception and to the right you will find the bar block, go to the left
door and kneel.
In
the upper right corner of that door you get to see the word examine, click on it
and the box opens. On the bottom shelf you will find the log of the bartender,
on the shelf above you will find a doll.
You
can view the doll but you cannot do anything with it, on the top shelf there is
a clock.
Cemetery
The
grave of Calvin Bennet
On
the photo above you also saw that the code for the bank in the confessional is
the birth date of Calvin Bennet. This one is already deceased so on to the
cemetery. Go out and turn to the left and then walk in the road, at the Stop
sign you go to the right and you come to the cemetery.
Zoom
in on the padlock, you will see again examine. Click on it and the gate opens,
someone had already entered the code. In search of the grave of Calvin Bennet,
go to the cemetery to the graves that are on the right behind the fence. Just
before the tree in the back you find the grave, get on your knees and you can
read the date.
Calvin Bennet was born on October 24, 1902
Now
that you are at the cemetery you can look for something, in the diary of Derek
Tyler you have read that there is a time capsule buried. It must be near a large
stone in the cemetery, turn around and walk to the tree on the other side. Right
behind the tree is a large stone, just to the right of the stone you get the
word "Search".
If
you click on it you will get the message that you need a shovel. You do not have
one yet, so that will be later.
Church
Leave
the cemetery and go a little further to the right to the church, enter the
church.
Walk
to the confession room on the right, go to the right-hand confessional. If you
get "Unlock" on the bank's lock, click on it, you can now enter the
code: 102402 and then ENTER
Then
open the lid of the bank and there you will find a letter, read it carefully.
Leave
the church,
where to now? Bernard Hopkins has been mentioned a number of times, he was the
butler with the Roberts family. In the security room of the Mansion you have
found Bernard's address in the personnel data folder. If you have written that
down then you can go there now or you will have to go back to the Mansion to
find the address. He lives on 31 Silverlake Blvd.
31
Silverlake Blvd: Bernard Hopkins
This
is 31 Silverlake Blvd, go to the door and make sure you get "unlock"
on the lock. Go to your inventory and click on the key you found in Bernard's
locker. Click on use.
If
you see enter you go inside, immediately on the right is the kitchen, to the
left you will find the toilet. In both there is nothing special to find, go to
the other side of the room there is another room. Go in there, right behind the
door is a cupboard with guns. Of course locked,
On
the table next to it are 2 flat boxes, the knife that is supposed to be in the
left box has disappeared. In addition, there is a cupboard with axes, the glass
in the door is broken and there are 2 axes missing. On the chest and the
cupboard you will see examine, click on it. On the mantelpiece is a display with
medals, you can also investigate these.
Between
the radiator and the boxes you see a blood stain on the floor, click on examine
and you read that you need something to pull out the nails.
Go
to the desk, there are drawers left and right and 1 in the middle.
There
are 2 passwords and a hint for the middle drawer.
In
the drawer below there is a diary of Bernard Hopkins, click on it and click on R
to read it.
The hint for the middle drawer of the desk went over darts, when you walk to the door you see darts at the back of the door.
There is also a dart arrow on the
ground, where did it reside? You cannot do anything with this.
Find
the Hunting Cabin
You have another key from a hunting lodge, so go down and out. Go up the stairs on the right, at the road you go to the left.
Then the first street on the right
you go to the right and at the stop sign you go right again.
At
the end of the street you go left and immediately right again, continue to the
river. Go to the left and you come to a footbridge over the river, you come to a
children's playground (Playground).
Go
to the right between the slide and the swing, when you reach the river you go to
the left. There is the hut.
Hunting
Cabin
Make
sure you see unlock again on the lock, use I and click on the key with the brown
top.
Click
on use and the door is no longer locked, click on enter and enter the cabin.
Walk along the bank, in the corner is a box with 2 drawers.
Click
the top drawer open and there you will find a key, grab the key and close this
drawer again
Open
the bottom drawer. Here you will also find a key with the label chest box, also a diary from Scott.
Click
the diary away and look around, there is another locker that is locked. On the
right is the bathroom and opposite is another door, which is locked. Here you
are ready for now, you have to go back to Church. In one of the rooms in the
church, there is a chest on the bed.
Back
to the Church
Go
out of the hut and back to the footbridge, walk straight ahead between the
houses, right and left again. Open the gate and walk to the street, turn right
and you are back on the square with the tree.
Walk
straight along the car into the street, at the stop sign, go to the right until
you see a sign: PainscreekTrinity Church. Go left here and then walk to the
church, go inside.
Church
Go
to the door on the left of the altar and go upstairs. Go to the door on the left
and then into the room, there is a chest on the bed.
You
now know by now how to open locks so I do not write that anymore how to do it.
In
the box you will find a number of things, a key, a note, a diary and another
letter.
On
the note at the top left is an appointment and a code, pick up the key and read
the letter underneath the key.
Click
on the diary, it is again 1 of Scott, read the diary. There is also a baby cloth
in the chest.
